We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. The intern will assist in the full recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to supporting employer branding initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Share job posts and post them on social media to expand the candidate pool at suitable times.
• Support screening CVs and provide shortlists for intern positions.
• Support conducting the online HR interview round for intern & junior levels.
• Support arranging interviews with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers.
• Support onboarding for new hires, ensuring necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
• Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and networking activities.
• Support the line manager on other tasks as needed.

Who You Are

• Fresh graduates in HR, Business, English, or other related fields
• Passionate about Human Resources
• Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
• Having knowledge or background in the Digital Marketing/ Advertising industry is a plus 
• Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
• Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills.
