SELECTION OF THE RIGHT TALENTS FOR SALES
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you are the first point of contact for all recruitment and talent acquisition-related topics and advise our Sales Department from our global headquarters.
You'll take responsibility for the entire search process and ensure the timely placement of the right talents. Moreover, you'll strengthen the employer brand with targeted initiatives to inspire the right talents for Red Bull and further expand our reputation as an employer of choice.
TALENT ACQUISITION PROCESS
You'll manage the entire talent acquisition process, from talent mapping, sourcing, and marketing activities to interviews, the final offer, and finally the hiring of the new employee.
In doing so, you'll guarantee speed, transparency, and optimal communication between all stakeholders—hiring managers, candidates, and other external stakeholders such as agencies.
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
Ensuring an excellent candidate experience is your top priority. You'll guide talents reliably and personally through the entire application process with a trustworthy manner. With your outstanding communication skills, you'll inspire and excite future talents.
TALENT ENGAGEMENT
Talent engagement is an important part of our recruiting activities. You are aware that interesting talents need to be approached proactively and authentically through the right channels; to this end, you'll build a network and relevant market know-how and maintain relationships with potential applicants.
TALENT ATTRACTION INITIATIVES
You'll analyze hiring needs, identify potential, and develop and implement talent attraction initiatives together with the business. These include, among others, university activities, meetups, and projects to elevate our recruiting process.
Degree in a relevant field of study, such as HR, law, psychology, business administration, or social economy.
At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, ideally at an FMCG company within an international recruitment environment.
Fluent in English (spoken and written), German is a plus.
Passion for Recruitment & able to build relationships with managers and candidates.
Sharing the excitement with our sales team for our brand and its products.
Strong professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders on every level.
Proactive, highly efficient, and effective organizational and project planning and project management skills.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
