Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist (LATAM)
Hours: 9am - 6pm Pacific Standard Time
USD Salary: $6 - $9 per hour | $960 - $1,400 per month (Open to negotiation based on experience)

Lago is on the lookout for a skilled and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on the LATAM region to join our team. This position is pivotal in driving our efforts to attract, source, and recruit exceptional talent that aligns with our organizational goals. You will be responsible for crafting innovative recruitment strategies and engaging with diverse candidate pools across Latin America. Utilizing a variety of sourcing methods, you will connect with candidates through networking, social media, and direct outreach to build a talent pipeline. Your expertise will ensure candidates receive a seamless and positive hiring experience while building strong relationships with hiring managers. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to understand the recruitment needs specific to the LATAM region.
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract candidates across Latin America.
  • Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for roles.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job postings to offer negotiations and onboarding.
  • Create and maintain a talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.
  • Support candidates throughout their recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices specific to LATAM.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically focused on the LATAM region.
  • Familiarity with Workable or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse candidates.
  • Ability to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit with precision.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations affecting LATAM recruitment.
  • Results-driven with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes effectively.
  • Experience managing social media recruiting strategies is a plus.
