As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent aligned with business needs. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of handling both technical and non-technical hiring mandates.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
  • Source and shortlist candidates using naukri.com, job portals, databases, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
  • Handle IT recruitment, including roles in software development, engineering, QA, DevOps, data, and other technical domains.
  • Manage Non-IT recruitment for roles such as sales, marketing, HR, operations, finance, and support functions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and timelines.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and compensation expectations.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and interviewers, and ensure timely feedback collection.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and candidate pipelines.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by representing the organization positively in all candidate interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Strong experience in IT Recruitment and Non-IT Recruitment.
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates through naukri.com and other job portals.
  • Good understanding of technical and non-technical job roles and hiring requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ATS, recruitment trackers, and MS Excel is a plus.
