As a Talent Analytics & Systems Analyst, you’ll strengthen the operational backbone of our recruiting function. Your work will help keep our data clean and reliable, our platforms optimized and easy to use, and our insights sharp to help the team make clear, confident decisions. By bringing together analytical rigor, technical fluency, and hands‑on experience with full‑cycle recruiting, you’ll help elevate how we source, evaluate, and hire talent across the business.
This role integrates talent analytics, recruiting technologies management, and data governance to ensure our hiring systems are accurate, effective, and insight‑driven. Your work will equip recruiters and interviewers with the clarity, tools, and context they need to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and drive meaningful hiring outcomes.
As a Talent Analytics & Systems Analyst, you will:
You combine analytical strength with a deep understanding of the talent acquisition lifecycle. You’re energized by solving operational problems, making tools work better for people, and turning messy data into actionable insights. You’re the sort of person who sees gaps in clarity, structure, or data quality and immediately begins thinking about how to fix them—not just once, but permanently.

Total cash compensation is generally around $143,500–$164,500 and includes profit sharing based on company profitability.
