Owner is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. For a few of our roles we prioritize in-person collaboration at one of our office locations. We’re looking for a high-performing Talent Partner to support the growth of our Engineering team. In this role you’ll be a trusted talent partner to hiring managers - driving full-cycle recruiting efforts, crafting thoughtful hiring strategies, and relentlessly pursuing top-tier technical talent. This is a high-impact position where your ability to identify, engage, and close exceptional engineers will directly shape the future of our company.

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
