WHAT WILL YOU DO
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand roles and hiring needsOwn the sourcing cycle: identify, approach, and engage potential candidates across LinkedIn, social media, and other platformsCraft tailored outreach messages that stand out and make candidates want to replyBuild and nurture long-term relationships with both active and passive candidatesShare market insights and sourcing trends to guide recruitment strategiesMaintain and grow a talent pipeline for future opportunitiesExperiment with new sourcing tools, channels, and methods to increase success ratesEnsure every candidate has a positive, professional experience throughout the processContribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting our culture and valuesContinuously learn, improve, and bring fresh ideas to the team
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
Experience in sourcing, recruitment, or a related roleA genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities and building strong professional relationshipsStrong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to dig deeper when first attempts don’t workExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Lithuanian is a plus)Structured and organized, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at onceProactive, resilient, and driven — you don’t wait for direction, you find solutionsA team-player mindset, always ready to share knowledge and help others succeed

GROSS SALARY
1500 - 2600 Eur Gross. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies
