We are seeking a talent sourcing recruiter with 5-7 years of experience to assist our Integrated Comms TA team with various functions including, but not limited to:
Identify qualified candidates using Boolean searches and direct-sourcing methods
Screen and submit candidates directly to our internal TA Leads
Engage with candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, etc)
Proactively network to obtain referrals from external candidates
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Track and maintain candidate activity via Greenhouse (ATS)
Work Location: New York (preferred) / Open to Remote Work
Qualifications
5+ years working in a fast-paced recruiting environment
MUST have a minimum of 3 years of Healthcare Agency experience
Experience recruiting for both healthcare AND PR environment strongly preferred
Experience working with Greenhouse ATS, Workday knowledge a plus
Experience using Chrome Browser Plugins to find contact details
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and operate with little direction
Background in cold calling or recruiting agency a plus

This is a 3-4 month contract with possible extension opportunities.
