Team Lead Developer

Responsibilities:

• Provide the team members with a vision of project objectives as described by the Project Manager
• Ensure that the deliverables satisfy the specified project requirements and deadlines
• Determine the project’s weekly targets rationally and be accountable for the team’s achievement towards those defined targets
• Reporting personal progress against the plan daily
• Participation in the definition, communication, and enforcement of coding practices and software architecture guidelines
• Facilitate problem solving and collaboration

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor in Informatics, System Information, or Computer Science
• At least have 2 years of experience as a team leader of small developer teams
• Having a passion for leading a team
• Fluently in English speaking, reading, and writing
• Have solid analytical thinking skills
• Expertise in Java or Dotnet development
• Familiarity with cloud technology is preferable
• Experience developing web application and solid understanding of web technologies
• Experience building, deploying, and supporting Internet-facing application
