We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead Regional CRM Manager to drive customer engagement and retention strategies across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM initiatives that boost subscriber loyalty, increase lifetime value, and deliver personalized media experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the regional CRM team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies tailored to regional audiences to maximize engagement and retention.

  • Oversee segmentation, targeting, and personalization efforts across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other CRM channels.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Analytics) to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.

  • Analyze campaign performance data and customer insights to continuously optimize CRM programs and recommend improvements.

  • Manage CRM technology platforms and work with IT/vendors to ensure smooth system operations and data integrity.

  • Stay updated with CRM best practices, tools, and trends within the media industry and recommend innovative solutions.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on CRM KPIs, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes to senior leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in all CRM activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within media, digital marketing, or related sectors.

  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, etc.) and data analytics tools.

  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalization techniques.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and compliance requirements.
