We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Team Lead for our DACH region to lead our Talent Acquisition Partners. The mission of this role is no less than to help built and run the best-in-market talent acquisition processes.
You will lead our existing team of TA in Berlin and Lyon to enable the next growth stage of Agicap from our Berlin office. The role reports to the Head of TA and is working together closely with our Senior Management Team.
In this role, you will manage an existing team of 3 TA and be a key interface to other TAs, senior business managers and C-levels.

What we are looking for:
4-5 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 6 months in a leadership roleProven hiring track recordFluent in German & English in a business settingExperience in Sales hire will be a strong plusExpert coach, willigness to go deep and be obsessed with the success of othersHands-On : proven track record of getting hands dirty. Must want to go into details by doing things themselves and lead by example every day. Grit & Perseverance : must have relentless ambition to succeed and take others along the journey.
