Support Human Resources and General Affairs for a fintech company of approximately 80 employees. Responsible for recruitment, training, performance evaluations, labor environment improvement, employee benefits, labor relations, and office management. Driven by the goal of enhancing employee satisfaction and fostering an optimal working environment.
Attendance Management: Monitoring for missing entries in Jobcan/SmartHR and executing monthly closing procedures.
Payroll Administration: Compiling monthly payroll changes for BPO submission and verifying processed data accuracy.
Year-End Tax Adjustment: Distributing and collecting documentation and providing guidance to employees.
Workplace Rules (Rules of Employment): Assisting managers with revisions, document preparation, and filings with government agencies.
Health & Wellbeing: * Planning and announcing annual health check-ups and stress checks.
Following up with non-participants and reporting results.
Health and Safety: Hosting monthly Health and Safety Committee meetings, preparing statistical data, and recording minutes.
Internal Communication: Creating the Monthly Letter and addressing employee inquiries/consultations.
Training & Development: Supporting the operation of education programs and maintaining records.
Employee Benefits: Supporting the administration of internal welfare programs.
HR Database Management: Assisting with the creation, updates, and maintenance of employee records.
Vendor Management: Serving as the primary point of contact and providing instructions to BPO service providers.
Strategic Projects: Participating in projects related to the reform of compensation and performance evaluation systems.
Office & Facility Management: Managing orders, inventory, and maintenance arrangements for office supplies and equipment.
Internal Events: Supporting the coordination and operation of company events and functions.
General Administration: Handling various miscellaneous office tasks as needed.

Hands-on experience using Slack.
Prior experience working within international companies.
Fundamental knowledge of Social Insurance and Labor Law.
Practical experience in Payroll Administration.
