As a Team Planning Partner at Go Nimbly, you will serve as a strategic partner to our Delivery organization—owning day-to-day team planning execution while bringing a thoughtful, long-term perspective to how we staff our teams.
You'll be joining as we establish Go Nimbly's first dedicated Team Planning function. Initially, you'll take ownership of team planning for our Partner Services portfolio through knowledge transfer from the current owner, with your scope evolving as we integrate these practices organization-wide.
This role goes beyond scheduling. You’ll help ensure the right people are aligned to the right work at the right time, considering not only immediate delivery needs, but also skill development, sustainability, and optimal team composition. You’ll work closely with Delivery leaders and the Team Planning Manager to translate strategy into action and continuously improve how we plan and deploy our talent.
Your hands-on execution will directly inform how we scale these practices across the company; we'll look to your experience and observations to help us distinguish what's working from what needs reimagining.
You’ll be trusted to dive in to executional work, share observations on the state of our data and systems, and bring clarity and recommendations in a fast-moving, professional services environment where deals can move quickly and resources support multiple concurrent projects with evolving timelines.

Excellent, proactive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with PSA tools (e.g., Kantata) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), with comfort adapting as our systems and tooling evolve.
