About the role
As a Technical Account Manager, you will own the onboarding and implementation process for new brands, ensuring a smooth and successful integration onto the PebblePost platform. You will provide a high level of technical support for your assigned book of business, proactively troubleshooting issues and ensuring campaigns run as expected. You will also serve as a trusted technical resource for internal and external teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration and translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will report to the Team Lead, Senior Technical Account Manager.
You will:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for new brands, leading implementation and onboarding, including solution design, JavaScript tag deployment, CRM integration, and audience segmentation.
- Manage onboarding timelines and deliverables to ensure they are accurate, on schedule, and aligned with customer requirements and expectations.
- Proactively monitor data health and internal reporting (e.g., JavaScript logs, dashboards), triage and troubleshoot issues with internal and external teams, and apply deep expertise in digital campaign construction to drive swift resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service through the resolution of technical issues raised by customers and internal teams for both new and existing brands, partnering with our Product team on any escalations
- Serve as a cross-functional technical advisor to Brand Partnerships and other internal stakeholders, translating complex technical findings into clear, partner-ready guidance that supports strategic decision-making and campaign execution
- Own day-to-day data integrity and secure data operations, including ongoing data maintenance (brand-specific retention rules and logic, suppression/removal requests) and the reliability of SFTP feeds and PGP keys in partnership with Engineering and brand IT teams
- Function as an expert technical resource for executing “best practices” and informal customer questions
- Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback that shapes the platform through bug fixes, future products, and features
- Deliver product and campaign support by promptly addressing and resolving technical issues, ensuring efficient escalation when necessary
You have:
- 3+ years’ experience in a brand-facing digital advertising role
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets
- Intermediate proficiency with JavaScript and Chrome Developer Tools for debugging code placed on web pages
- Communicated complex technical concepts to non-technical brand audiences
- Conducted virtual training sessions
- Experience with the Google Suite, Query Editors, JIRA, and Confluence tools
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

The salary range is a reasonable estimate based on aggregate data for all US locations. Any offered salary is determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to; candidate location, cost of labor, market data/ranges, internal equity, internal salary ranges, applicant’s skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology, for example).
Salary range: Low: $115,000 - High: $130,000
