Technical Business Analyst/Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst / Consultant with strong expertise in technical requirement gathering, program management, and a solid understanding of the AWS ecosystem. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document technical and business requirements
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to understand data flows, system integrations, and process dependencies
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and program management teams to drive delivery
• Support program and project management activities including planning, tracking, and risk management
• Create and maintain process flows, system diagrams, and architecture visuals using Microsoft Visio
• Provide insights and recommendations aligned with AWS-based solutions and cloud best practices
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role
• Proven expertise in technical requirement gathering and documentation
• Strong understanding of the AWS ecosystem (services, data flows, and cloud concepts)
• Experience supporting or driving program management initiatives
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
