As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and delivering complex, cross-functional programs across web and mobile applications. You will ensure seamless coordination between product, engineering, and business teams to drive successful outcomes and deliver high-quality solutions to market. Acting as a bridge between technical execution and business objectives, you will be responsible for aligning priorities, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives that enhance product performance and user satisfaction.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional, complex programs from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Design teams to define clear milestones and track progress.
• Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps, driving alignment between technology and business goals.
• Implement Agile/Scrum best practices, acting as a coach or scrum master to improve team efficiency and autonomy.
• Define and optimize delivery frameworks, processes, and tools for tracking and reporting progress.
• Identify risks and blockers early, facilitating resolutions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting templates, and stakeholder updates to ensure transparency.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority initiatives, ensuring they meet business and technical expectations.
• Continuously evaluate processes and propose data-driven improvements for delivery efficiency and quality.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management or Technical Project Management roles.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and product delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of aligning diverse teams toward common goals.
• Strong organizational and analytical thinking, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, with experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile coaching.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success in driving end-to-end delivery and improving team efficiency through collaboration.
• Adaptability and ownership mindset — able to take initiative, resolve challenges, and deliver results under minimal supervision.
• Experience in Fintech or start-up environments is an added advantage.
