What you will be responsible for:
- Leadership – Lead and develop the entire Technical Project Management team in the Moravskoslezský region, fostering collaboration and high performance
- Project Delivery – Plan and execute maintenance, investment, and sustainability projects in line with approved processes and business priorities
- Strategic Investment Coordination – Identify new investment opportunities in cooperation with Asset Management
- Contractor Management – Cooperation in procurement processes and negotiate with contractors to ensure quality and cost efficiency
- Technical Oversight – Conduct property inspections and oversee ongoing maintenance in compliance with applicable laws and company policies
- Sustainability Compliance – Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the Group’s sustainability reporting guidelines
- Project Handover – Secure proper handover of completed projects to Asset Management
- Business Contribution – Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the company’s overall goals and KPIs
Qualifications
What we expect from you:
- University degree (preferably in Civil Engineering or a related technical field)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or real estate sector
- At least 3 years of experience leading and developing a team
- Strong technical knowledge of maintenance and investment projects
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Driving license (Category B)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
