The Role: Project / Delivery Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Project/Delivery Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. Requirements

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the delivery process from day zero to final release, ensuring every deliverable meets our "Bolder" standard of excellence.
• Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as the face of the project, building deep trust with clients and translating their vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Team Orchestration: Drive cross-functional execution by keeping engineering, design, and QA teams aligned, motivated, and moving at speed.
• Proactive Risk Management: Identify bottlenecks before they happen. You don’t just report challenges—you bring solutions and mitigation strategies to the table.
• Precision Documentation: Capture complex requirements and maintain high-fidelity project plans that serve as a "single source of truth" for the team.
• Resource & Velocity Tracking: Monitor progress, optimize resource allocation, and provide transparent, data-driven updates to stakeholders.
