Job Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced Technical Project Manager who will play a critical leadership role within the organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong people-management capabilities, and solid technical knowledge of websites, applications, and modern technologies such as .NET, React, PHP, and related frameworks.

This role requires a highly professional individual who can take ownership of operations and decision-making, especially working independently or in the absence of the CEO. The candidate should demonstrate enthusiasm, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership—working for the organization as if it were their own.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate employees to achieve project and organizational goals.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of website and application development projects.

• Provide technical guidance and strategic direction across technologies including .NET, React, PHP, and other web/app platforms.

• Act as a key decision-maker to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery.

• Represent leadership and manage teams effectively in the absence of the CEO.

• Ensure professional conduct, discipline, and a positive work culture across teams.

• Coordinate between development, QA, design, and business teams.

• Monitor performance, productivity, and quality standards.

• Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Drive continuous improvement in processes, delivery standards, and team efficiency.

Additional Information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in a technical leadership or delivery management role.

• Strong knowledge of website and application development.

• Hands-on understanding of .NET, React, PHP, and related technologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
