We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us rapidly scale our Engineering and Implementation teams. This role is highly execution-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys building teams at early stage companies and fast feedback loops.
You will own roles end-to-end — from sourcing to offer — while partnering closely with Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success to hire high-quality talent at speed.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, outbound tools, and talent communities.
Build and maintain strong, diverse pipelines for engineering and implementation roles.
Run high-velocity outreach campaigns and continuously test messaging to improve response rates.
Track sourcing metrics (outreach sent, response rate, qualified screens).
End-to-End Recruiting Execution
Own the full recruiting lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close.
Conduct structured recruiter screens
Move candidates quickly through the process while maintaining quality and consistency.
Partner closely with hiring managers to unblock bottlenecks and keep roles moving.
Hiring Manager & Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner with Engineering and Implementation leaders to deeply understand role requirements.
Provide regular updates on pipeline health, risks, and time-to-fill.
Push back constructively when requirements are unclear or unrealistic.
Help standardize interview loops and feedback for scale.
Recruiting Operations & Process Excellence
Manage roles and candidates in Ashby
Ensure clean data, timely feedback, and strong candidate communication.
Identify opportunities to improve speed, candidate experience, and interviewer efficiency.
Support hiring reporting: time-to-fill, funnel conversion, offer acceptance rate.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Experience
3–6+ years of recruiting experience, with direct experience hiring engineers and/or implementation roles.
Proven success in high-volume hiring environments (multiple roles at once).
Strong outbound sourcing skills — you enjoy sourcing and don’t rely on inbound.
Experience running full-cycle recruiting processes independently.
Comfortable hiring in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments.
Nice to have:
Experience hiring for B2B SaaS, developer, or technical customer-facing roles.
Familiarity with technical stacks (e.g., backend/frontend concepts, APIs, databases).
Experience working closely with engineering managers and technical leaders.
Prior experience in a Series A–C startup or high-growth company.
What ‘Success’ Looks Like in This Role
Roles move fast and rarely get “stuck.”
Hiring managers trust your judgment and execution.
Pipelines are always warm, even before roles officially open.
Candidates feel informed, respected, and excited about the process.
Hiring goals are met without sacrificing candidate quality.
