In this role, you will drive impactful change by identifying and addressing complex technology business problems. You will work closely with senior management and clients to develop tailored technology strategies that align with their business objectives. Your expertise will be critical in creating opportunities for value generation at the intersection of business and technology. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will lead projects that shape innovative solutions and foster sustainable growth. Accountabilities

Drive rigorous and structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology business problems.

Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities based on assessment activities and performance gaps.

Lead small engagements or streams of work end-to-end, ensuring client satisfaction and team management.

Support business development efforts and nurture business opportunities.

Collaborate with clients and teams to align business and technology priorities.

Develop content knowledge in technology strategy operations and share insights.

Create thought leadership assets with innovative insights and recommendations.

Engage with senior management to guide recommendations and gain buy-in.

Requirements

Strong data-driven consulting skills with a focus on business and technology value.

Ability to work independently and determine methods and procedures.

Experience managing team efforts within a client or organization setting.

Proven track record in identifying business opportunities.

Experience with core technology strategy offerings including IT & Digital strategy and enterprise architecture.

Background in technology advisory and/or implementation.

Proactive acquisition of business knowledge, preferably with an MBA.
