Test Baker
Test Baker will be responsible from:
Comparative Baking Trials:
- Conducting baking trials
- Producing different types of bread as requested
- Organizing the trials based on the weekly schedule
- Using the baking equipment of the technical center and Quality Control
- Preparing and carrying out the different stages of baking while respecting the times, temperatures and formulas
- Ensuring the accuracy of the dosages and their optimal quality
- Recording trials' results in the internal application
- Refining and adapting the initial baking schemes and equipment and making proposals
Presentation and Demonstration of Baking Solutions:
- Demonstrating the effectiveness of products to customers or prospects
- Carrying out baking trials and presentations of new formulas
- Participating in the development of commercial arguments
Maintenance of Baking Equipment and Ingredients
- Performing tests on equipment
- Coordinating and following timely maintenance of the technical equipment
Realization of Related Activities
- Participating in the supervision and training of the Bakery team
- Representing the company during trials in the baking laboratory
Qualifications
- Master Baker Certification, Technical certificate in baking or related field,
- Expertise in baking processes with an analytical and detail-oriented approach
- Experience in various bread making techniques (baguette, hamburger buns, sandwich, bread, laminated dough etc.), demonstrating a proactive and collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of baking trial protocols, with effective time management and compliance
- Fluency in written and spoken English, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in common office applications and databases, maintaining confidentiality
- Client-focused approach
