👋 What’s this job all about

FAAC Technologies is currently looking for a Testing Laboratory Engineer for its headquarters in Zola Predosa, Bologna.

💡 What will I be doing?

• I will report directly to the Laboratory Manager.
• I will be part of the product development team and will be responsible for defining and planning validation and verification tests, including the tests required for product certification according to applicable Directives and Standards.
• I will analyze the data resulting from testing activities in order to provide scientific evidence of the results and will prepare the related reports.
• I will actively participate in all phases of product development up to market launch, suggesting effective solutions for resolving issues with components and prototypes, and collaborating with all specialists within the team.
• I will work within the laboratory using the available facilities and equipment.

🏆 I might be the one if:

• I have strong technical skills thanks to a degree in Engineering or a diploma from a Technical Institute, or through relevant experience, even brief, in similar roles within modern, well-structured companies.
• I naturally demonstrate effective communication skills and adopt a cooperative approach, building my success on collaboration.
• I am able to quickly design and implement problem configuration schemes. I can identify and anticipate risks, treating them as variables to be managed. I follow the analysis phase with the proposal of realistic and effective solutions.
• I promote a culture that sees mistakes as opportunities for growth and learning.
• I can speak Italian fluently
