At Nabi Health, we provide weight-inclusive, trauma-informed care for people navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body distress. Our model blends human-first relationships with tech-enabled access and support, helping patients experience care that is relational, collaborative, and never shame-based. We center autonomy, equity, and trust in every interaction.
Our app, Callie, extends that experience between sessions. Designed to support recovery, Callie helps patients stay connected, informed, and empowered in their care. Every feature reflects our belief that technology should serve agency, not override it.
We are expanding our care model to include behavioral health therapists who will work alongside our existing Registered Dietitian team to deliver coordinated, whole-person care. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape our therapy program — not just fill a caseload.
We are seeking independently licensed therapists to join our growing team as 1099 independent contractors. You will provide individual telehealth therapy to patients with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions, collaborating closely with our Registered Dietitians on shared patients through coordinated treatment planning and joint case review.
This is ideal for experienced clinicians who want meaningful, flexible work with an eating disorder population — without the institutional overhead of a traditional PHP/IOP setting.

Help design session playbooks, clinical workflows, and the overall therapy program as we build out this service line
Address co-occurring conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep disorders, and body image disturbance
Complete clinical documentation in our EMR within 48 hours of each session
