A Vertical Content Manager with in-depth knowledge of social media and YouTube vertical video content creation. Your ability to visualize information and identify trending ideas helps create viral content that elevates the Cybernews brand to new heights.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Stay up to date with the newest social media content trends and implement themResearch new topics, including AI tools and tech gadgets, offer new angles for video briefsBuild a content calendar and oversee video uploads to social media channels according to their respective best practicesWork closely with scriptwriters, video editors and content managers to pick out best moments from our existing content & create unique anglesInitiate work process improvements, solutions for better communication and collaborationEnsure a smooth flow of the vertical video production process, participate in content shooting, brainstorming sessionsMonitor performance metrics and make data-driven strategic decisions to scale the projects
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
Proven experience of vertical content creation & managementCreative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and adapt to new trends quicklyData-driven decision-making skillsGood organizational and planning skills, ability to work in a dynamic environmentExcellent time management skills with evidence of being able to balance projects and prioritise. Eagerness to learn and grow, with an open mindset to feedback and developmentBasic knowledge of video editingFluent English both written and spokenExcellent understanding of what good video production should look and sound likeAbility to work independently and effectively within a teamAbility to partake in host role would be considered a huge advantage

GROSS SALARY
