Responsibilities

Support the transcreation and adaptation process across AV, Print and Digital assets.

Assist in ensuring all deliverables follow brand guidelines and quality standards.

Help manage local market campaigns from brief to delivery.

Support timeline tracking and project coordination with internal teams and clients.

Assist in budget follow-up and basic financial/administrative tasks.

Act as day-to-day support contact between clients, Hogarth teams and external partners.

Coordinate with project management, creative and transcreation teams.

Perform quality checks on materials before client delivery.

Support the preparation of client reports, presentations and status updates.

Learn and follow internal workflows and project management tools.
Requirements
-
Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Audiovisual, Translation or similar.

Interest in transcreation, localisation and adaptation processes.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced level of English.

Interest in international brands and multicultural environments.
