Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Training Section Head to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the annual people development strategy across commercial and non-commercial teams.
- Lead and coach a high-performing learning team.
- Design innovative learning programs using Instructional Design and LMS tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align learning with business goals and new product launches.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
Requirements
- MBA (mandatory) – preferably in HR, Learning & Development, or Business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in People Development, L&D, or Talent Development (pharma, consumer health, or FMCG).
- At least 2 years in a leadership role managing learning or people development teams.
- Certified Trainer with Train-the-Trainer (TOT) certification.
- Strong expertise in Instructional Design and LMS management.
- Excellent communication and fluency in English.
