We have a global footprint, with offices in London, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Manila, Atlanta and Cape Town.
The Transaction Manager sits within our Credit & Risk team and is responsible for driving deals from credit approval through to drawdown. Once a transaction is sanctioned, you take ownership of execution — coordinating legal documentation, managing conditions precedent and ensuring funding happens smoothly and on time.
In this role, You will act as the central point of coordination between the Deal team, Risk, legal counsel, investors and the borrower. Every deal is different, and success comes from balancing the bigger picture with meticulous execution. You will oversee the end-to-end transaction process, ensuring documentation aligns with credit approval and policy, conditions precedent are satisfied, and internal approvals and drawdown mechanics are completed efficiently. You will also ensure KYC and AML requirements are met and that files remain disciplined and audit-ready. As we operate across both UK and US jurisdictions, you will quickly develop a strong understanding of cross-border legal and risk nuances. We favour a cooperative style of influencing. You will need to keep stakeholders aligned and moving forward, resolving issues calmly while maintaining a high-quality client experience.
This role is ideal for someone with proven experience executing lending transactions and a strong understanding of commercial lending. You are comfortable working with legal documentation, managing change requests and navigating complexity without losing control of timelines.
You are organised, commercially aware and able to run multiple workstreams at once. You build trust quickly, communicate clearly and are confident operating between front office and control functions. A solid grounding in AML/KYC is essential, and experience working with external investors or across jurisdictions is advantageous.
You can expect to work closely with an experienced Credit & Risk team across geographies and play a meaningful role in how we deliver transactions as we grow.
We hire driven people and invest in their development through exposure, responsibility and coaching. If you are energised by execution and accountability, this role offers real opportunity.
