Responsibilities and Duties:
- Staffing and Recruiting:Source, screen and qualify passive and active candidates for open requisitions.
- Qualify prospects for potential staffing opportunities.
- Take job orders from clients and share details with the recruiting team.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to find and engage diverse healthcare talent and business opportunities across the competitive landscape.
- Build authentic and meaningful relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and teams.
- Partner with hiring teams to build a recruitment timeline, strategy, sourcing plan, assessment tools, and appropriate job descriptions.

Additional Information
Experience: 2-5 years as a Travel Nurse Recruiter in a Staffing and Recruiting environment. (Required)
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) or equivalent of education and experience (Required)
Compensation: Base Salary Plus Commissions/Bonus to equal a Six-Figure Opportunity.
