Detailed Task Description

• Analyze HPE Service Manager CMDB Data Model

• Map UCMDB/UD CIT Model with HPE Service Manager CMDB Data Model

• Import existing relationship mapping from prior uCMDB into the new uCMDB in test and production environment.

• Configure mapping for all configuration item types agreed upon during the Workshop.

• Configure one (1) integration point in non-production and one (1) integration point in production environment

• Configure integration jobs to push discovery configuration items and relationship to HPE Service Manager

• Schedule integration to push data on pre-determined schedule

• Configuration management process re-alignment and integration with Change Management.

• This integration will be to refine unplanned changes and relationship affecting change controls.

• Validate configuration items in HPE Service Manager
