The Role
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces and experiences for our Sportsbook-related products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements, create wireframes and prototypes, and conduct user testing to improve the overall usability of our products. Additionally, you will be involved in analyzing user data and feedback to continuously refine and enhance the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the UI/UX field.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Must haves
- 3-5+ years in Product Design (UX + UI), with сomplex systems / data-heavy tools (dashboards, B2B tools, data-heavy flows)
- Strong portfolio showing complex interfaces, dashboards, flows, and user research
- Ability to run end-to-end design process: discovery → wireframes → UI → handoff
- Strong interaction design, usability, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with design systems, tokens, and component libraries
- Strong UX process knowledge
Additional Skills
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Gaming experience is preferable.
