As a Customer Service Representative you will be the manager of first impressions for our valued customers located in the United Kingdom and will be responsible for guiding them through the loan process. Job duties include but are not limited to: Customer Service, Application Support, Loan Processing, and Collections.
We are looking for professional, personable, and most of all helpful candidates who are looking to grow within a dynamic organization.
Individuals must be able to work a 2:00 AM to 10:30 AM schedule, flexibility on scheduling is a plus!
Qualifications
- At least 2 years recent Customer Service experience, within the financial industry preferred but not necessary.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented, able to work independently.
- Computer proficient and able to type up to 6500 keystrokes per hour.
- Must have college degree from an accredited institution.
- Bilingual is a plus but not necessary.
- Collections positions available too.
- MUST be able to work a 2:00 AM to 10:30 AM schedule, flexibility on scheduling is a plus!
