As a UK Call Center Section Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that handles all United Kingdom call center duties, including Customer Service, Application Support, Loan Processing, and Collections, and reporting directly to the UK Strategy & Operations Manager. You will ensure that the 5+ person team reaches quantitative targets, complies with quality standards, and maintains a professional and supportive culture. We are looking for someone who wants to help coach reps to improve their performance, hit key goals, and can ensure that the company is operationally excellent.
