UX Designer

The design team goes far beyond visual craft. You will work alongside experienced technologists and designers who have built and launched products used by hundreds of millions of people. The work involves solving complex, real-world problems and shaping digital experiences that can positively impact society at scale.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive, inclusive, and scalable user experiences for large-scale digital platforms
• Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality user journeys, prototypes, and mockups
• Translate complex requirements into clear, elegant user experiences that address real user needs
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, visual languages, and interaction patterns
• Advocate for users by raising the bar on usability, accessibility, and storytelling
• Adapt and innovate design processes to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environment
• Experiment with AI-powered design tools to improve workflows, efficiency, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Graphic Design, or related fields with 3+ years of experience, or
  Master’s degree in the same fields with 2+ years of experience designing and shipping products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing and shipping user experiences, including visual, interaction, and motion elements
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities

Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience launching or contributing to design systems and large-scale, complex products
• Experience working closely with engineers in production environments
• Prior experience designing for India, new internet users, or next-billion-user products
