Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Value and Access Manager to expand patient access to Mounjaro within the private healthcare sector. You will design and execute strategies that optimize product availability, collaborate with healthcare providers and payers, and build strong partnerships to ensure patients receive the treatments they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance patient access to Mounjaro in the private sector.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, payers, and pharmacy networks to support product availability.
• Analyze market data and payer policies to identify access barriers and recommend solutions.
• Educate and engage stakeholders on the value proposition of Mounjaro.
• Monitor and report on access metrics, reimbursement trends, and market dynamics.
• Support pricing strategies and negotiations with private sector payers.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Business (MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience in market access within the private healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of payer systems, reimbursement, and formulary processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
