Create and edit high-converting video assets specifically for paid media, with a clear understanding of what drives performance on platforms like Meta and TikTok.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Edit short-form performance videos for paid social
- Adapt creatives based on performance insights and feedback
- Produce variations for testing hooks, angles, and formats
- Collaborate with media buyers and creative strategists
- Optimise videos for platform-specific best practices

- Proven experience creating performance-focused video creatives
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing
- Experience editing ads for Meta and TikTok
- Fast turnaround and ability to iterate quickly
