Job Title: Graphic Designer
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage, adding motion graphics, sound, and effects to and the ability to create visually appealing reels, event videos, and motion graphics that capture audience attention. You will work closely with the social media team to produce videos for different social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and internal projects.
Key Objectives
· Produce high-quality, engaging video content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
· Create trending social media reels, event videos, and short-form content to increase audience engagement.
· Utilize motion graphics, AI tools, and audio editing to enhance video storytelling.
· Maintain consistency in brand visuals, storytelling, and social media trends across platforms.
· Ensure timely delivery of video projects while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Motion Graphics & Visual Effects
Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
Apply typography animations and basic design elements to enhance videos.
2. Social Media Video Editing
Edit and assemble content for trending reels, short-form videos, and promotional campaigns.
Optimize videos for various social media platforms, ensuring high engagement and audience retention.
3. Event & Brand Videos
Create and edit event highlight videos, brand intros, and outros.
Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and storytelling guidelines.
4. Audio & Voice Editing
Perform basic audio editing, including sound enhancements and voiceover integration.
Utilize AI-powered voice generation tools for professional voiceovers.
5. AI & Technology Integration
Use AI video and voice generation tools such as ElevenLabs, Renderforest, Grok, GenSpark, and others to streamline content creation.
Incorporate innovative editing techniques to maintain modern and trending content styles.
6. UGC & Short-Form Content
Edit User-Generated Content for ads or organic social media campaigns.
Ensure pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement techniques are effectively applied.
7. Post-Production & Optimization
Apply color correction, sound design, and video compression to enhance quality.
Work with different video formats, codecs, and frame rates for optimal output.
8. Trend Awareness & Collaboration
Stay updated with social media trends, meme culture, and viral editing styles.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver content on time while managing multiple projects.
9. Asset Management
Maintain organized project files, templates, stock libraries, and editing plugins for efficient workflow.
Requirements
· Edit and produce engaging short-form content, trending reels, event videos, and promotional campaigns.
· Create motion graphics, brand intros/outros, and basic audio enhancements using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, etc.
· Utilize AI video and voice generation tools like ElevenLabs, Renderforest, Grok, GenSpark, NanoBanana, and ChatGPT.
· Edit User-Generated Content (UGC) for ads and organic social media posts.
· Apply color correction, sound design, video optimization, and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
· Stay updated with social media trends, viral content styles, and audience engagement techniques.
· Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain organized project files, templates, and stock libraries.
· Strong storytelling, pacing, and creative problem-solving skills required.
· Bachelor’s degree in computer arts, Computer Science, or Mass Communication
· Familiarity with different video formats, codecs, frame rates, and social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
