As VP of Engineering, you will lead and scale a multi-disciplinary team from 20 toward 100 people, establishing structure for an AI-powered medical platform. You will partner with Product and R&D to deliver high-quality software within a Class II regulated environment, balancing rapid innovation with the reliability required for mission-critical healthcare systems.

What you will do:

• Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering organization across full-stack, platform, and AI/ML domains to ensure a sustainable and high-performing culture.

• Establish predictable engineering processes and delivery rhythms, ensuring work is well-scoped and validated before entering development cycles.

• Oversee platform reliability, uptime, and incident processes while ensuring all technical systems meet rigorous regulatory and traceability requirements.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience as a VP or Director of Engineering at a scaling tech company, ideally having managed growth from 20 to 100+ engineers.

• Background at world-class engineering institutions such as Microsoft or Amazon, bringing deep strategic understanding and technical stewardship without the need to code.

• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with experience navigating regulated environments like healthcare or fintech to balance innovation with safety.
