As a Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk at DN, you will maintain an accurate warehouse inventory and recording data related to inventory and equipment. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you will become an integral member of the warehouse team, alongside the warehouse and local procurement teams.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct routine and scheduled cycle counts to ensure precise inventory levels, supporting operational efficiency and project readiness
Investigate and reconcile inventory variances by collaborating with team members and reviewing transaction histories to maintain data integrity
Prepare and analyze comprehensive reorder reports, proactively identifying lowstock items to prevent delays in construction timelines
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate deployment log of tools, materials, and equipment, ensuring accountability and traceability across job sites
Accurately receive and verify purchase orders (POs), documenting all incoming materials and coordinating with procurement and accounts payable as needed
Collaborate with project managers and procurement to forecast inventory coverage and material availability, supporting job site readiness and minimizing downtime
Oversee inventory management and accuracy by implementing best practices, organizing storage areas, and continuously improving warehouse processes
Support cross-functional teams by ensuring materials and supplies are readily available and properly tracked throughout the construction project lifecycle
Perform thorough inspections of materials, including shoring, forms, and related components, to ensure quality, compliance, and readiness for use.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1 – 3 years of inventory control experience
Previous data entry/warehouse operations experience required
Experience with computer-based inventory systems
Working knowledge of cycle counting within an active warehouse
Knowledge of small package and LTL (Less than Truckload) shipping
High energy and proven ability to drive for results
Bilingual Spanish/English is required
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to do light lifting and bending
Must be able to navigate an active warehouse and reach items both high and low
Must be able to work indoor/outdoor
