The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and dedicated person to join the team as a Warehouse Supervisor on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, the primary function of the role is to lead, motivate and support the Warehouse team, including team development and fostering a safe workplace. Areas of coverage include, but are not limited to: receiving, organising, storage, distribution of stock, equipment care, HACCP, WH&S, and workplace tidiness.

About You

• Proven experience in warehouse operations and automated systems
• Experience supervising a large and variable workforce
• Understanding of HACCP-controlled environments
• Passionate about team engagement, coaching, and development
• Strong knowledge of manual handling techniques, risk mitigation, and control methods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills
• Flexible availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
• Forklift competency certificate
