Job Role:
- Executes the Audit by ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, procedures, and regulations.
- Experience in Warranty Auditing / Experience in Warranty Processing is expected.
Experience:
- Currently working or have worked in the past as Warranty Auditor in warranty processing for any manufacturer
- Or
- Currently working or have worked in the past as Warranty Supervisor/Executive with an automobile dealership of four-wheeler segment preferably PV segment with an overall experience of minimum 8 - 10 years
Key Requirement Areas:
- Apart from Warranty administration/analyzing knowledge, Warranty Audit Understanding such as Audit Process/Procedure Knowledge (Key Check Areas), Technicality Knowhow, Debit Understanding etc. are highly expected.
Technical & Process Skills:
- Strong sense of Technical and Process knowledge in Automobile aftersales Operations:
- Able to understand & identify error areas on workshop processes: such as errors in diagnosis, Labor time calculation errors, Errors in Parts & consumables claimed. A Good technical know how to verify the failed parts and applicable supporting documentation on repairs done, etc.

Educational Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering /Diploma in Engineering (Mech or Automobile)

Computer Skills:
Computer literacy and competency with the Microsoft Office suite and Excel Proficiency is preferred
Communication Skills:
Good communication skills on Hindi Language apart from English is expected.
