About the Role

We’re looking for a Web Marketing & Support Specialist who can blend creative digital marketing with hands-on technical support to ensure our online presence runs seamlessly and performs at its best.

This role requires someone who’s both strategic and analytical — yet comfortable with the nuts and bolts of web management. You’ll play a key role in driving traffic, optimizing conversions, supporting customers, and maintaining an exceptional online experience across all our digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

Website Management & Optimization

  • Manage, update, and maintain website content, product listings, banners, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance UX, site speed, SEO, and conversions.
  • Monitor site performance and troubleshoot technical issues (broken links, form errors, etc.).
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, seasonal campaigns, and marketing calendars.
  • Manage integrations with third-party tools (CRM, analytics, chat, and email platforms).

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Support and execute email marketing, paid ads, SEO, and social media campaigns.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI, engagement, and retention.
  • Implement A/B tests on landing pages and digital assets for continuous optimization.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns across digital touchpoints.

Customer & Technical Support

  • Provide frontline website and e-commerce support, assisting customers with orders and troubleshooting issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer-reported bugs or checkout problems.
  • Ensure smooth site functionality, accurate product data, and timely updates.
  • Identify and escalate recurring technical issues or process improvements.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs for website traffic, conversions, and customer experience.
  • Recommend and implement optimizations based on analytics and user feedback.
  • Stay updated with best practices in web performance, SEO, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in web management, digital marketing, or e-commerce support.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms (Shopify, WordPress, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and the ability to troubleshoot web issues.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
