Wellness Nurse (LPN)

Position/Job Title: Wellness Nurse (Full Time)
Location: Brandywine Upper Providence, Phoenixville, PA 19460

Employment Type: Full-Time 3-11P, 11P-7A

Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Brandywine Upper Providence, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents. Led by the community's Clinical Services Director, our Wellness Nurse is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who provides direct nursing care to the Residents with an emphasis on holistic wellness. They also help supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by care staff of Certified Nursing Assistants. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess residents and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate care
• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance
• Supervise nursing staff and support resident activities

Required Qualifications:

• Active LPN license
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
