Job description

As a Wetpaint Sprayer at NTS Bergeijk, you work on parts destined for high-tech applications in industries such as semiconductor, medical, and defense. Your work consists of small series and complex products, where your craftsmanship makes the difference. You take care of the entire painting process: from pre-treatment to applying high-quality paint layers - with extreme precision and attention to detail.

Furthermore, your tasks are:

• Pre-treating and pre-treating parts (ferrous, non-ferrous, plastic);

• Independently setting up and maintaining your painting equipment;

• Reading and interpreting work orders and technical drawings;

• Applying paint in a paint booth or on the line with colleagues;

• Thinking along in process improvement and quality assurance within the team.

Requirements

• You have experience as a paint sprayer in a technical production environment;

• You have at least a vocational education level (mbo);

• You have knowledge of different types of paint, techniques, and pre-treatment processes;

• You work accurately and have an eye for quality and details;

• You are a team player who can also work well independently.
