Educational Requirements for WIL Coordinator:
NQF Level 5
NQF Level 6 preferred
At least 2 years appropriate relevant experience preferably within the higher education space
Duties and Responsibilities for WIL Coordinator:
To ensure the academic integrity, acceptability and regulatory compliance with workplace integrate learning programmes offered by the college.
Liaise with learners to facilitate implementation and administration of workplace integrate learning programmes
Ensure systems, policies and procedures are implemented for smooth workplace integrated learning regime.
Communicate with learners on continuous basis and to assist them to complete WIL modules.
Monitor work of moderators who evaluate learners for WIL component of curriculum.
Submit reports to heads of faculty on outcome of WIL Modules.
Attend meetings and workshops.
Self-development (OSD training, internal training and external training)
Ad hoc duties
