We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zeta Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Zeta’s marketing automation platform and a proven track record of driving engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth through automated, data-driven campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into effective marketing automation workflows, ensuring seamless execution across multiple channels.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Automation Strategy: Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end marketing automation strategies using Zeta, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and monitor multi-channel automated campaigns including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging, leveraging Zeta’s platform capabilities to maximize customer engagement.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Create advanced customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies to deliver relevant content across customer journeys.
- Workflow & Trigger Management: Build and maintain automated workflows, event triggers, and behavioral journeys that enhance customer experience and retention.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, generating actionable insights and reports to optimize marketing automation strategies.
- Data Integration & Management: Collaborate with internal teams and technical stakeholders to integrate Zeta with CRM, analytics platforms, and other marketing tools, ensuring data integrity and seamless flow across systems.
- Best Practices & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in marketing automation, bringing innovative solutions to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams to support business objectives and ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.
- Training & Mentorship: Mentor junior team members on Zeta platform usage, campaign design, and marketing automation best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 6-10 years in marketing automation, with significant hands-on experience using Zeta.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation principles, customer journey mapping, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Proficiency in creating and managing complex workflows, triggers, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and data integration techniques.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance marketing outcomes.
