Greencross 13VETS is a team of Vet Nurses who offer general advice, book appointments, and triage over the phone on behalf of our Greencross clinics. In addition to calling 13VETS, we also assist with Greencross Customer Service phone line, Greencross website inquiries and reminders. 

This is a casual remote based role, so you can enjoy the fast pace of the industry from the comfort of your home, or if you're in Sydney, we have our beautiful head office in North Ryde that you are most welcome to utilise. We are seeking a true casual for this role, with flexibility to work across the entire week.

We ideally are looking for someone to cover annual leave, personal leave and public holidays Monday to Saturday. So full available will be highly regarded. 

We are looking for someone who:

• Is Cert IV qualified with at least 4 years experience
• Clinically experienced nurses who are passionate about customer service
• Experience in a fast paced environment with the ability remain calm and work effectively in difficult situations
• Confident in making quick and detailed triaging decisions over the phone
• RxWorks knowledge required
• Ability to follow detailed processes
• High attention to detail
• Ability to and happy working independently
• Available to start immediately
