13VETS Full Time Vet Nurse | 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Are you a Vet Nurse passionate about providing great patient standards of care and customer service?

How about doing it from home?

Greencross 13VETS is a team of Vet Nurses who offer general advice, book appointments, and triage over the phone on behalf of our Greencross clinics. In addition to calling 13VETS, we also assist with Greencross Customer Service, Greencross website inquiries and reminders. 

This is a fixed-term remote based contract, so you can enjoy the fast pace of the industry 5 days a week on a Set Roster.

Monday: 7am-3.30pm AEST

Tuesday to Friday: 7am-3.30pm AEST

This position can be from the comfort of your home, or if you're in Sydney, we have our beautiful head office in North Ryde that you are most welcome to utilise. 

All equipment for the role is provided, you just need an ergonomic desk and chair and a suitable quiet work space.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is Cert IV qualified with at least 4 years experience
• Clinically experienced nurses who are passionate about customer service
• Experience in a fast paced environment with the ability remain calm and work effectively in difficult situations.
• Confident in making quick and detailed triaging decisions over the phone.
• RxWorks knowledge required
• Ability to follow detailed processes.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to and happy working independently but happy to connect with our wonderful team!
