Schedule: Full-time | Standard business hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) with flexibility during peak times.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary liaison, managing client expectations, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Developing and implementing strategies to streamline order fulfillment, warehousing, and transportation workflows to improve efficiency.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)—such as shipping accuracy and transit times—to analyze performance and implement improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with industry safety standards and regulations, while training and mentoring staff to meet operational goals
Work Environment: Office setting; may involve standing, walking, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent number of years of work experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in 3PL, with proven experience in supervising teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) is crucial. Advanced knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is required.
