We are hiring an Account Executive to join our GTM Sales Team and drive revenue growth across Alohi's product suite. This role is about owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, running demos, and closing deals at or above quota.
As an early member of the sales team, you'll do more than just sell. You'll help define and iterate on our sales motions, build playbooks, and provide customer feedback that shapes our product roadmap. This is a high-ownership role for someone with a builder mentality who wants to be part of something from the ground up.
This position is fully on-site at our Geneva office.
Pipeline Development & Prospecting
Prospect and develop new accounts through inbound leads and outbound efforts within your assigned territory
Engage potential customers to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how Alohi can increase their productivity
Sales Execution
Run product demos via video and in-person meetings, tailoring the pitch to customer needs
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close, consistently hitting or exceeding quota
Negotiate and close deals while delivering a world-class customer experience
Sales Strategy & Process
Help build sales playbooks and define repeatable sales motions as the team scales
Provide customer feedback to product and leadership to inform roadmap decisions
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve how we sell and support customers
1–3 years of full-cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company
Track record of hitting or exceeding quota in current and previous roles
Strong communicator with engaging, compelling presentation skills
Builder mentality: you thrive in collaborative environments and want to help shape processes, not just follow them
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and finding creative solutions
Positive attitude, open-minded, and driven to succeed without compromising your values
